Bottle Rinser

OBR-3

The OBR-3 offers your self-serve customers the ultimate solution for maintaining a clean bottle and cap. The Liquid Action Bottle and Cap Rinser provides the simplest and most complete Ozone (O3) rinse system available anywhere.

Simply place the bottle cap into the holder, slip the bottle over the rinse nozzle and press down. A blast of highly concentrated ozone and water rinses the bottle and nature’s own chemical free bacteria killer. Release the bottle and the spray stops automatically.

Features:

  • The OBR-3 is a generation-3 ozone bottle and cap rinser designed for self-serve operation.
  • Customers can use a highly concentrated spray of natural Ozone (O3) to help kill bacteria in their own clean bottles. All dirty bottles must be scrubbed by the customer with detergent and hot water before using the ozone rinser. Ozone is a sterilant, not a cleaning agent.
  • No chemicals to buy.
  • Takes up very little floor space, with a footprint similar to a water cooler.
  • All wetted parts use either stainless steel or food-grade plastics.
  • Complete with an ozone generator and 1-micron absolute air filter.
  • Manually operated, spring-loaded valve.

We assist with equipment selection, water treatment recommendations, basic drawings and site planning guidance so each location has a clearer plan for plumbing, electrical, filtration, storage and vending unit placement.

Our support is focused on remote planning, recommendations and setup guidance. Liquid Action does not provide onsite installations as part of the standard offering.

For larger or specialized projects, additional onsite support may be available on a case-by-case basis by inquiry only.

Testing & Commissioning:
Once the equipment is installed, Liquid Action provides remote support to help review system operation, answer setup questions and guide you through basic operation and maintenance. This helps ensure the water vending system is understood, properly monitored and ready for ongoing use.

Support & Maintenance:

Our support continues after setup. Liquid Action provides ongoing remote support and phone support to help keep your water vending system operating smoothly. This includes maintenance guidance, system check-in support and troubleshooting assistance when needed.
